Jeremy Shockey has again hit the headlines with his mouth. In an interview he said headcoach Tom Coughlin can sometimes be an ass. He of course added, that isn't always a bad thing. The media of course has gone wild ,focusing on Shockey calling his coach an ass. Coughlin himself, didn't seem upset by it. Coughlon was more concerned with the concussion Shockey recieved from being hit in practice the next day.

Shockey has a legit point about the two-a-day practices. They only serve to wear players down and get player injured. Modern NFL teams would be better off without them. I think this will change soon.

Shockey is a guy who walks to his own beat. As long as he is producing the Giants will put up with his act. When he stops producing in New York, he will wind up in Oakland, the land of malcontents.
