Is this based geographically or based on competetion? The AFC South would be a cakewalk for the Jags and the AFC North would be the best division to watch.

Please don't put the Ravens and Patriots in the same division.
I don't care how little sense it actually makes geographically but please don't break up Dallas and Philly. It's the only rivalry I actually care about (if the Eagles were to only win two games in any given season they have to be against the Cowboys).

First, I based it on regionally. Second, I can try and find a way not to break up the NFL's best rivalries. Give me some time and maybe I'll come out with a new schedule.
My personal decisions on this.
AFC North: I have always believe there could be a rivalry brewing between Indy and Cincy. I kept the Battle for Ohio, and Pittsburgh vs. Cleveland.
AFC East: Since Baltimore gets kicked out of the North, I thought the East would be best on geographical reference and Miami can easily move South.
AFC South: Miami is the most southern team in the AFC.
AFC West: Didn't see need for change.
NFC North: Didn't see need for change.
NFC South: I thought Dallas needed to be by teams closer to them, also, Dallas seems more Western than Eastern.
NFC East: Since a team needed to replace Dallas, I thought Carolina would be best, really could have moved any team.
NFC West: Didn't see need for change.

Why? It is better for both teams to do that.

Too bad. There are ways to ensure they play against each other every year despite not being in the same division.

Nah, he is just a fan of the Ravens and a fan of the Patroits.

Exactly. It's already bad enough with the Red Sox and Orioles playing 20+ times a year.

And that is very ugly!

Can we re-align Tampa Bay (Bucs or Devil Rays, I don't really care) straight into the AFL? And maybe get a team in L.A. already?!

Well the Browns would never win a divisional game again, ever. And since they're likely to lose all their road games too, they'd be relegated to being a perpetual three or four win team -- catch a couple home wins against NFC teams a year. Not that I care. Is there a single Browns fan in this forum?
I can't understand what the Rams are still doing in the NFC West. Can we say, move them back to L.A.? And give them a better name, like the L.A. Stars or the L.A. Writer/Producer/Directors(but we're only working at Starbucks until our screen play gets discovered) -- okay that last one was kind of long for an NFL team's name. :D
