Just thought it would be appropriate for the first thread in the Steelers forum ever to be a good place for me to state my dislike for the yellow and black. Go Bengals. Go Browns.
But as for a serious question - Will Roethlisberger's injury affect his play at all, and even though he appears healthy, will the missed time affect his team at all?
My guess would be the Steelers will be fine.

I hate the Steeler's as well Josh :D. I sure hope it affects his play, but knowing his toughness it probably won't

I used to like the Steelers until last year's Super Bowl. I would probably still be able to like them and respect them if I thought they had won that game fair & square, but the officiating was despicably biased. I'll never forget about that. I have no ill-will against the Bears for example. They beat us fair and square in this year's division playoff game. That was a good, well-officiated game.
Really I wish the Steelers had lost to the Broncos in the AFC Championship game. I would have rather had the Seahawks play our old AFC West rivals in the Super Bowl anyway, plus I think a Super Bowl between the Broncos and the Seahawks would have been more evenly officiated. And I wouldn't hate the Steelers now.

Post count has nothing to do with being a moderator. It's about quality of posts, strong contributions that only enhance the ongoing discussion, and respect for your fellow posters.
Moderators are appointed, it's not an achieved status.

What the hell are Bengals and Browns fans doing here? Patriots fans too! We usually seem to meet them in the playoffs. And I think I saw a Seahawks fan too. What's up with that (XL)? I know I saw an Eagles fan too. I'm the outkast in my family. I'm the only Steelers fan. Everyone else is an Eagles fan. I'm the only one that wasn't brainwashed. GO STEELERS!
