Justin Gatlin, the joint-world record holder (for now) in the 100 metres worked out with the Texans Tuesday. Training at WR.

I recall the Eagles showing interest in him prior to the season (a move which I wasn't exactly delighted about). He is currently banned from sprinting for 8 years after testing positive for PED's.

Doesn't Gatlin have Balco ties through his former trainer Trevor Graham? Why on Earth would any NFL team even want that mess associated with them?

I'm starting to think that the people running the Texans have no clue what they're doing. First they fire Charley Casserly, after he has one of the best drafts in recent memory: 1st round pick Mario Williams may lead all rookies in sacks; 2nd round pick DeMeco Ryans is the favorite to win NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year; 3rd round pick Charles Spencer was starting at left tackle before going on the IR, fellow 3rd round pick Eric Winston is starting at right tackle and for the next decade or so the two should provide the "bookend" tackles Houston has needed since the team joined the NFL; 4th round pick Owen Daniels is starting at tight end and has 31 receptions for five touchdowns; 6th round pick Wali Lundy leads the team in rushing.

Name me another GM who drafts six productive starters including a likely rookie of the year and gets fired the day after the draft.

And now the idea is to bring in a guy banned from his own sport for eight years for using illegal substances? Bright.

Well, I, for one, hope they sign him.......this way Al Davis won't be tempted to do it :p This sounds like a move he would definately make.
