Brett Favre now has five games left to play for Green Bay in the 2006 season. He stands exactly ten touchdown passes away from equaling Dan Marino and 11 touchdown passes away from taking sole possession of the all-time touchdown passing record.

This was a no-brainer in the past. Of course Farve would throw 10 TDs over the final five games of the season. But that was then and this, unfortunately, is now.

Do you think Favre will break the record? How will you feel if he falls just short?

I think Brett Favre will fall 2 short of the record. But I think he'll come back next year to break the record.

He'll be back next year, but as a Packer or Eagle? :p

As a Packer, with Aaron Rodgers going down this year, Farves has to give Green Bay one more year of service.

I think the Packers will have to make a push to move up in the draft and take Quinn in '07.

I'm not sure Quinn has the arm strength to play at Lambeau. The Packers might be better off hanging back till the second (or third round) and nabbing Chad Henne -- now there's a guy with a rocket arm.

Quinn's skill set is more suited to play in a domed stadium in the NFL.

God I hope so! It's been pretty quiet lately. So much for the "quick" decision.

After the win at Soldier Field, he knew it would be a tough decision. Now we have to play the waiting game.
