Allen is a suburb of Dallas, where nice stadiums is par for the course. In Texas I mean. Its not shocking to us because these stadiums make a lot of revenue, especially because Texas has a huge playoff bracket compared to most states. Lots of advertisers too, even naming rights for some. A lot of money is spent on other school facilities in Texas as well.
