Well, the Broncos are going to go into 09 with a new HC. He is going to do away with the West Coast Offense and bring in the Patriot system(let's hope he leaves the cameras and Matt Walsh at home). Also, Mike Nolan, the former SF Head Coach, is coming in to run the defense. It appears that he will switch to a 3-4, but nothing is etched in stone. With the new hiring, here is how Denver's FA Signings and draft could look:

FA:
O.J. Atogwe: Should be brought in to play FA. Big upgrade over McCree.
A NT, like Gabe Watson of Arizona or Colin Cole of Green Bay.

With those FA Signings, here is how the first few rounds could look for the Broncos:
Round 1: Rey Maualuga, LB, USC: NT B.J. Raji is also a possibility.
Round 2: Shonn Greene, RB, Iowa: HB position is in the air. Pittman and Young could be gone, Torain hasn't proven he can stay healthy, and Anthony Alridge is more of a change-of-pace back.
Round 3: Dominique Johnson, CB, Jackson St. Tall corner that can be groomed behind Champ.
