Allen, Faulk and Barber are three of the four. for the fourth one, you have to look back 40-50 years ago.

Number four was the first to do it, Lenny Moore, RB, Baltimore Colts from 1956 to 1967. Moore rushed for 5,174 yards and collected 6,039 receiving yards. He made the Pro Bowl seven times. He was elected into the Hall of Fame in 1975.
Side note: two other players have come extremely close to doing this. Roger Craig retired with 8,189 rushing yards and 4,911 receiving yards and Earnest Byner rushed for 8,261 yards and caught another 4,605.

Just checking guys I suspected, at first I was sure it was Gale Sayers or Jim Taylor. But nope so on to the next guy and the next guy and the next guy and the next guy. Brooklyn's hint helped a lot too. Since I knew it was someone from 40 or 50 years ago I didn't even have to consider "modern-era" players.
I have a lot of free time.

Nice job, that is the four of them.
Another close call (in addition to the one you named) was Herschel Walker. 8,225 yards rushing and 4,859 receiving.

John L. Williams of the Seattle Seahawks came very close:

Recieving: 546-4,656-8.5
