This time, it's Shaun Rogers who's been suspended for four games. Rogers tested positive for a "banned substance." He's eligible to return for the Week 12 game, scheduled for Thanksgiving Day (11/23) against Joey Harrington's Miami Dolphins. According to mLive's Tom Kowalski, the substance wasn't an illegal drug, but probably some kind of over-the-counter weight loss supplement. Our former "other" Rogers, Charles, violated the league's substance abuse policy by smoking the reefer, making the name "Rogers" one of "high" standing in Detroit football lore.

This is just what the Lions needed, too, seeing as how they MIGHT have been able to get on some kind of good run. Couldn't let that happen, no sir. The Lions are already without Shaun Cody, who has an injured toe. Good luck keeping up with the sack leaders now, James Hall. Thank your teimmate.
