Who's the best? The Bears, Colts, or Ravens?

Indy has a great passing game but a suspect running attack. Also, Indy gets a lot of pressure on opposing QBs, with that fantastic core of defensive tackles and defensive ends. But they have very little running game and their secondary is a great gaping, festering wound just waiting to be exposed.
Baltimore has a rock solid defense. But running back Jamal Lewis isn't healthy and the team is still only one injury away from having Kyle Boller back at quarterback -- scary.
Chicago is the complete package. Rex Grossman has now convinced me. I didn't think his game would adapt well to the NFL. I was wrong. Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson give the Bears maybe the best one-two rushing punch in all of football -- except perhaps New Orleans. Oh yeah and the defense, not as good as the Buddy Ryan defenses of the mid 1980s but definitely as good as the 2005 version -- when the team won 11 games with ostensibly a corpse playing quarterback for most of the season.
Next week the Bears play the Cardinals and that just doesn't seem fair. This game could mess up Leinart for the rest of the year, maybe his entire life! Then the Bears go on bye -- 6-0 and I'm really looking forward to the Eagles and the Bears in the NFC Championship game this year. I'm quite sure it'll be a lot better game than the Superbowl, unless maybe the Ravens represent the AFC. Imagine that defensive matchup.

The only thing I disagree with FJ about is that the Bears defense is as good as the old Monsters of the Midway. Their names just aren't as well recognized as the mid-80s Bears...yet.
I see the Bears romping their way all the way through the Superbowl this year, barring serious injuries, of course.

What would you say if the Ravens routed the Broncos tonight, say, 42-7?
Not suggesting anything, but what would it be like then? Would the Ravens be ahead of the Colts, maybe even the Bears? (Probably not, but I like to include all the options)

No love for the Seahawks in the NFC Championship?
The Bears will be there, but I see the other spot as a toss up between the Eagles, Panthers, and Seahawks right now.

Well I'm pretty sure we can eliminate that possibility as the Ravens were clobbered tonight by the Broncos 13 to 3.
See what I mean by the Ravens' offensive decline? They scored three points this week. McNair tossed three interceptions and Jamal Lewis gained a pathetic 2.9 yards per carry. Theyre getting worn down as the season progresses. Next week the Ravens play the Panthers and the Ravens could easily lose that game, too.
Ravens Scoring Progression:
Week 1 - 27 pts
Week 2 - 28 pts
Week 3 - 15 pts
Week 4 - 16 pts
Week 5 - 3 pts
But they're out of contention, so why beat a dead horse? Only the Bears and Colts remain perfect.

Steve McNair looked pretty horrible last night, and Jamal looked even worse. That pass into the end zone near the half was horrible. Earth to McNair: There's a REASON Clarence Moore is in the game: He's tall! And Champ Bailey is not especially tall! Throw the ball where Clarence Moore can USE his height in reasons other than reaching over Champ Bailey! AAAHHHHHH!!! Even KYLE BOLLER could have made that throw.

I have the Colts losing at Denver on the 10/29 or at New England 11/05
I have the Ravens losing against the Bengals 11/05 or against the Steelers 11/26
I have the Bears losing at New England on 11/26 or at St. Louis 12/11
Frankly I believe the Bears could go undefeated all year, their schedule works out well enough to allow that.
