The Houston texans and Green Bay Packers have completed a trade of RBs. Samkon Gado goes to the Texans, and Vernand Morency goes to the Packers. Here's hoping that a change of scenery will do both good. Gado should now get plenty of playing time with Davis out for the year, and Lundy still a question mark. Morency now gets to back up Green, and change offensive systems. If he can remain healthy and hold on to the ball, he should be a good fit for the Pack.

Samkon Gado is a small consolation for passing on Reggie Bush. But at least Gado will be able to rush for 75 to 100 yards per game on a semi-regular basis.

Mario better turn Super and fast.

Lundy will still be the starter. They wanted Gado as a change of pace and short yardage guy.

If Kubiak is dumb enough to start Lundy over Gado then he deserves to be coaching in Houston.

Vernand Morency filled in admirely for Ahman Green on Monday night: 99 rushing yards on 26 carries and another six receptions for 19 yards.

Green is listed as questionable for next week an considering how much the passing game got dominated last week. I wouldn't be too surprised to see Morency get the start again this week.
