Game 1 is in the bag.

New England was very sloppy in the first half, especially Tom Brady. Having Branch there would not have made a difference in the game in the first half.

The running game was split equally between Dillon and Morroney with each getting key first downs and making big runs to keep drives alive.

The defense was outstanding. They stopped the Bills on 4th down turning the tide in the game and got what would be the game winning score on a sack for a safety.

Any other thoughts on the game?

I edited the title. Patrioes doesn't agree with my slight OCD.

I was unable to watch the game (damn CBS showing me the Ravens-Bucs when it was 27-0 instead of the Pats-Bills when it was 17-17), but the highlights were not good.

Ah well, we got a mark in the left-hand column, and that's always good.

I missed the first 10 minutes of the game so you aren't alone.
