Tennessee, Oregon very impressive.
My Buckeyes looked ok up to 28-0 then looked awful. Kicking game and linebackers just suck.

Way to go Tennessee.
Ya, the Fighting Irish had a run for their money, maybe #2 is a little too high.
Looking forward to the rematch, Ohio State VS Texas. I was in Mesquite Texas the weekend of that game last year, and I am almost glad Texas won that game, if they didn't I think there might have been a riot.

I don't really see why people think Notre Dame played that badly. Georgia Tech has a history of upsetting highly ranked teams early. They were playing a solid team in a prime time game on the road to start the season. And with all the hype surrounding the game I'm sure Notre Dame had some jitterbugs. Everyone has been saying ND's defense is bad but it played extremely well. The offesne didn't play to its potential but I wouldn't at all be worried about it. We won the game and that's all that matters. Last year USC was ranked #1 and they had scares worse than this all throughout the season, Notre Dame and Fresno State come to mind. Notre Dame outplayed USC for the whole game and USC won at the last second. Yesterday Notre Dame only won by 4 points but they led Georgia Tech in every statistical category. Total yards, first downs, etc. Now we have home games against Penn State and Michigan coming up and we should cruise.

I agree Brady. Georgia Tech has upset a few top teams in recent years. Notre Dame travelled to a hostile environment, played a team capable of beating anybody in the country, and weathered a great defensive effort from Georgia Tech. The bottom line is that they have the win. People hate Notre Dame so much, that they will look for any faults they can, and harp on them. I knew going into the game that there was a very good chance that Georgia Tech may pull the upset, as did a lot of other people, but somehow they all forgot that fact, and just want to talk about maybe Notre Dame isn't as good as everyone thinks.
Tennessee were very impressive in their win over Cal. I may have underestimated their team this year. They have a very nice WR duo, and it looks like they got their toughness back. Should be another fun year in the SEC.

I'm not a Notre Dame hater!! I simply stated the obvious. They were lucky to win and GT has a great defense. I am a Notre Dame fan.

The Georgia Tech defense cracked three times to me. But hey, that's old news now. Gotta wait for Troy. lol
