Oh, I show up every year around the holiday season, just call me the ghost of injured reserve past.

Seriously though, we need to fill out that secondary!

Pencil in Roy Williams at the strong safety position.

How ironic, a week after the team gets Roy Williams, they lose Roy Williams.

They probably didn't even get a chance to practice against each other. :hyper:

Junkie, remove Stephan Neal of the Patriots- he was only on the PUP list, not on IR.

He was moved to the active roster today.

You can add Ryan O'Calaghan or Anthony Clement of the Patriots to the list at Tackle, they have been out all year. For a free safety there is Tank Williams...he's more of a strong safety but he's a safety nonetheless....

The defense and special teams are looking solid. We just need a couple bookend tackles and a No. 1 wide out to round out the team.

I know you players can do your part to fill out team out and garner this great honor! :goteam:

Alright, thanks to a certain wide receiver being stupid enough to "accidentally" shoot himself in the thigh with an illegal handgun in NYC -- the team now has a go-to guy at wide out.

Also showing potential, Wes Welker got knocked out his game against the Steelers and Browns TE Kellen Winslow Jr., got injured (actually blocking!).

If all three go on the IR, we're going to have one fine receiving corp. Is it odd to take such blissful delight in such such grievous injuries? We are trying to construct a team here.

We still need some tackles! If Walter Jones or Orlando Pace could maybe break an arm, it'd be much appreciated.

Is that too much to ask?

I think Nate Burleson of the Seattle Seahawks should be the WR and also the punt returner.

Yeah I have to take Plax off because he's not officially on the IR, just the non-football suspension or something. But replacing Dante Hall -- he's a legend!

Remove Adelius Thomas from the list- he isn't on IR.

Wes Welker got shaken up, he is fine though. He won't be on there.

That was a B.S. punk-azz cheap shot on Welker by Clark. I hope he gets suspended for the rest of the season. What a punk.

Scratch that, he was finally placed on IR today.

Yeah, now Clark is saying he's going to try to do it this week to Terrell Owens. I guess safeties just don't play well with others.

Clark needs to be suspended and heavily fined in order to learn a lesson. It is not "tough" or "hard-nosed" football to take cheap shots on defenseless receivers when they're not even looking. The opposite is true, it makes you a coward and a p*ssy.

Also, I think I read where his team mates are talking trash about that hit too, saying they'll take up a collection to pay his fine for him and stuff like that. The Steelers are a dirty team. Remember when they deliberately took out Carson Palmer's knee at the beginning of the 2005 wildcard game?

At least Largent got a chance to get even with Harden. Hopefully Welker will get a chance to do this to Clark at some point, and he won't hold back:

I do remember that game when Kimo Von Scumbag planted his helmet into Carson Palmer's knee. Palmer, IMO, has never quite been the same since then.

Alright, Jones didn't break an arm but a knee surgery will keep him out for the rest of the year. Good job Walter!

Now the team is about complete.
