That field looks pretty big. About the size of Detroit.

Looks like a design Michigan would do- just keep adding rows to the already too big main bowl.

It's not big enough, they need to fit all of the Midwest in there!

Make it the size of Lake Superior.
Funny, the field itself appears almost to be in East Lansing.

I'm sure some part of it is engulfing Ann Arbor, wherever it is.

Ann Arbor may even be east of the whole thing, but who's to say from space?
I don't mean to be a jerk, the premise of the thread itself is pretty funny.

That was the intention. I was attempting to make fun of Michigan for their enormous behemoth that they attempt to pass off as a stadium.

I thought the stadium already covered all of Michigan.
Is the Big House still the biggest? I know the Rose Bowl has always been close. Also doesn't Neyland Stadium house 110g now.

Michigan Stadium at least for right now is still the largest. For its first two home games crowds numbered close to 109,000. Penn State has the second biggest stadium, although crowds at Ohio State and Tennessee on average are larger than at Penn State.
Potential expansions to the Rose Bowl, Kyle Field at Texas A&M and Michigan could shake things up a little. Kyle Field is slated to have a capacity of 115,000 in a few years, meaning crowds could near 120,000. Michigan is still working on plans for how to modernize the Big House. It is in need of renovations, wider concourses, wider aisles, better facilities, etc. so while widening seats and aisles may reduce the number of seats in the current bowl Michign plans to expand the top of the bowl a little and add more luxury suites. Plans at one time called for the addition of small second decks in the end zones.

LOL, great picture, had to send that picture to my cousin. She went to Michigan for nursing school w/a dad & 3 brothers (2 youngers) who went to OSU (the dad only for med school.) How did you do that, just plop stadium picture down on something liek a weather map or what?

I didn't make it at all. Hopefully, I don't get sued. Of course, I copied it from The Onion (http://www.theonion.com/content/sports), so that's a pretty safe bet.

Well, you credited them now, so they can't :-)
My cousin realy enjoyed the picture. She laughed almost as much as when one of her brothers and i came up independently with the idea of request that the deejay play "Hang On Sloopy" at her wedding. :-) (It was one of the last songs, but he did find the time to play it.)
