I haven't watched a Bears game in a couple years. I kind of got tired of football and the Bears' losing ways didn't help much either. Can somebody give me a reason why I'd want to start watching them again? I mean, I'd love to come back to football. It used to be one of my favorite sports...

Two reasons stand out. It's fun watching Brian Urlacher hit people! The rest of the defense is probaby as good as they've had since the Ditka/Ryan days. And it's hilarious, as long as you're not a Bears' fan, watching Kyle Orton throw interception after interception.

It's also fun to wager on what week Rex Grossman will get injured in. I'm thinking, this season, he makes it to week three. I know, going out on a limb.

Well...because theyre the best team in football now. this team can win 14 maybe 15 games this season. Trust me, I didn't see this coming either.

Like he said this is a major kick in the pants to everyone who has a favorite team in the NFC North! This was compleatly unexpected... and after today they're going to be 6-0 which leaves them the only undefeated team left in the entire NFC. I could see them and possabibly the Indianapolis Colts both battling it out together in January. The're a big contender for Superbowl XLI.

They did take the division last year with a double digit+ win season, and they also won 13 a couple years back, so I wouldn't say it was so unexpected.

It's nice for your team to actually do well, isn't it, Hank?

My fondness for the Bears goes way back, since Sweetness came into the league and the Bears were a one-man team. So I'm enjoying this. Too bad my girlfriend is a Colts fan.

Let's not give him to much credit. Both teams were undefeated at the time and looking like obvious choices.

This was definitely one of their finer seasons in my lifetime (going back to '86). It was great being able to witness it.
