Does anyone have a comprehensive list of:

A: Former NFL players who have gone on to play Arena football?

B. Former Arena players who have gone on to play in the NFL?

I'm thinking about building this out as my first legendary list over on Football Almanac (http://www.football-almanac.com/) and could use some research help...

I would like to see the NFL try to turn the AFL into like a farm system so they have less of a chance of rookies failing. They say that most rookies fail because they cant get used to the speed of the nfl well let them spend a year or 2 down in the AFL and see what speed really is and i think it could help out on the defensive end also because it could make the defensive player more aware of what is going on out there on the field. Its just an idea me and a couple of buddies came up with and who knows if it happens it might be good for both leagues.
