According to the Boston Globe, Junior Seau may be unretiring to play for the Pats. What's your take on this?

Congratulations, you just got yourself a 37-year-old middle linebacker who probably should have retired four years ago. But if they can get him in a rotation and keep him fresh -- he could be a huge asset. But I kind of think the Patriots are expecting Seau to come in and start and that's just not going to happen and if it does it'll be ugly.

I agree; he shouldn't start. But he could do very well as a backup, or in a rotation.

I also agree, he should not start. I thought this was kind of bizzare to come out of retirement so quickly. But maybe he just wants to get a super bowl ring before he retires and thinks the Pats are the best place to go. It will help the Pats although he may get injured as he has been injury plagued in recent years, whats the harm in trying.

Yeah, the Pats are definitely the best place to go if you need a Super Bowl ring, maybe he thinks it'll cement his HOF chances.

The core group of guys have become overconfident, bringing in someone who has been to hell and back as a player on bad teams can bring back a sense or reality to the team.

Plus it doesn't cost them much to bring him in, the benefits outweigh the risks here.
