Anyone want to join a College Football Pick'em?

You need to give a group number not the league name. Nobody can sign up as it is now. ;)

No, when you add it up, you don't count the two that were the lowest among your scores.

Oh, I get it.
For some reason I had it in my mind it was one of those knock out pick 'em leagues.
I have seen people advertise leagues where it's a pick 'em league and the commish kicks out someone each week.
I always wondered what would happen if the commish had the worst week. I think the commish would have to make himself immune.

I wasn't very creative, and I don't think BQ was either. I think M Sup's N Dawgs is 12th man seahawks fan because that is a lot like the name he used on the Fantasy NFL league. I'm guessing Winning them all is redlegsfan21 because he gave OSU over Texas the #1 confidence rating. So that leaves D.C. as Probably Won't Win.

No, I'm not confusing Yahoo Pick 'Em with Yahoo Survival Football.
In Pick 'Em leagues you can remove people. There are actually people who run Pick 'Em leagues in such a fashion where you can get kicked out if you have a poor week.

How does this work. Since I just joined PSF, i guess it might be too late for me to join. But I would like to know how it works in case I can join. I might or might not be interested.
You can always try and join our group...giving it six members will make it an offical game according to Yahoo. I'd love for another person to join.
Anyway, you are picking the games in whih the current top 25 are playing and you go with the spread rather than just a win/loss you also have to assign a confidence value for each of the game.

Go to: http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/college
Click the create or join group button, then join existing group, then join private group. Enter the group ID# 9688 and password bradybranch and you should be good to go (if your still able to join).

Dang it, UC didn't beat the spread.
I have a question about confidence points, which end of the spectrum indicates more confidence in the pick (the lower or the higher number)? I thought I'd worked it out but now I'm just not sure. :confused:

I think it's the lower end for more, as in USC over Towson State would get the first confidence rating.
Thanks to te both of you...I was in the same boat as redlegs (thinking it was higher and then believing it was the revese).

Wow, I got 86/231 and still improved my lead to 5 points.
Ugh, my weeks seem to be getting worse...Having larger spreads makes picking the games harder than I previously thought possible.

Yahoo is being really mean to me... practically every time I check they're performing server maintenance! I can't check any of my four fantasy football teams, pick in this league, or anything!
Hmmm... maybe it's my computer.
Dude, that sucks...I've heard a few people say this about Yahoo! but I have never experienced it myself.

And it's even worse because I got an iTunes gift certificate for my birthday yesterday thru my email on Yahoo but I can only access it on other computers. :ughh
