I just got my first look at the new officials uniforms, and I think they're a bit ugly. While I was usually yelling at whatever they had to say, I thought the old uniforms looked classic. What does everyone else think about them?

The refs have new uniforms? Oh yeah, those do look pretty dumb. Is the NFL trying to make a fashion statement? Is this Queer Guy for the NFL now? Are they trying to get shown on Bravo!
This just subjects the refs to more derision. I wonder if that'll help in the next CBA between the ref's union and the NFL. Maybe the NFL will just can half of the refs like they did last time and break the new union -- and this is just the first step. Everything is a consipiracy theory.

That's funny! He is a beanpole, that's for sure.
At first glance of the new ref uni's, they really look like some kind of European soccer club. Not sure if this is just a trial period, or if that's what we get nowadays.

I don't think it will really matter in the scheme of things... Its just a big deal now because its change.

The stripes are too wide, if they were about a half an inch thinner I might be OK with them.
It looks like they are wearing black shirts with a few white stripes, they need more white in them.

It isn't even a big deal. I watched the first quarter of the Panthers-Dolphins game without even noticing. It wasn't until a guy mentionned it that I remembered. Really, after the preseason, no one will care.

Finally saw them. They are really ugly, look like soccer uniforms.
