Since BBF has a "Baseball 101" forum about playing the game itself, workout regiments, and such, why doesn't PSF have one? It could attract a BUNCH of players/fans to the site and could better expand the scope of PSF. Also, from what I've seen, there isn't as many Baseball 101-like forums about Football as there is for baseball around the web. I could also help mod it if necessary. Anyone for it?

That would be a great idea, with the same concepts like technique, how to get a starting spot, etc.
I'd say that, and a Stadiums forum, are the two biggest needs in regards to new forums. I'm all for it.
