note: Sam Mcguffie is white... & yes I know he has great blocking!... But he also has the BEST acceleration by a white running back!

He looks solid, but Michigan already has B. Minor at running back for next year. We'll see if you gets playing time. Weren't you hear before by the name "Hawaiin Lion"?

I saw one of McGuffie's games on ESPN2 and he was unimpressive. It was just one game though, and the youtube highlights are pretty sweet so I guess we'll see...

He's making his college debut today for Michigan.
He had 8 rushing yards and one touchdown on 8 carries, and two catches for 22 yards.

He did flash some athleticism on one of those catches. It was about a two-yard dump-off and then he took it like ten yards more.
There's potential there.
