Since there will not be any RB left in the draft on our pick, what do we do? Trade up? Sign a free agent? Ideas?

There are some solid free agents out there, but the best bet would be in the draft. I would still sign a free agent for insurance purposes.

I bet it will be a Herron/Morency "running back by committee" type of situation for the Packers in 2007. A few others will be sprinkled in and will contribute as well.

That looks it to me as well... There is little fantasy value in GB this year outside of Favre & the WR's.

The Packers put themselves in this predicament. Two of their running backs are now on the Texans. Ahman Green signed with the Texans this offseason and Samkon Gado was traded there last season. Green isn't effective as he used to be, but I think Gado really could have been the starter for the Pack. We'll see how the Herron/Morency combo will work out.

I was kinda surprised and pissed off about that Gado deal.
Are there "trade-backs" in the NFL?

I'm thinking the Pack needs to make a trade for Michael Turner. What would it take to land LT's back up?

That guy is pretty good. I think you're right to want him on the Pack.

It seems logical, considering he's just wasting away in SD. I know for a fact that he's better than our main guy, Morency.

That rookie Jackson is looking decent in camp so far- Anyone else have a comment?
