How long do you think newly acquired wideout Terrell Owens will last under tough-guy head coach Bill Parcells? He's been a head-case pretty much everywhere he's played, and has rarely got along with any head coach. But his talent is undeniable, and his upside is still tremendous. Is this a one year wonder in Dallas? Half a season? The full length of the contract (three years)? Let me know.

I'd guess he'll stay quiet through about half the season before he gets ants in his pants about something. i'd say he'll last till the end of the year but on thin ice.

Agreed, and what's quite bad is I'm hoping that he's a problem for Dallas and he is forced out of town early.

If Bill Parcells can keep Lawrence Taylor in check then he can keep T.O. in check. I think T.O. is going to flourish in Dallas and Cowboy fans are going to love him for it.

The ticking that you hear is the time bomb formerly known as Bill Parcells. Jerry Jones called Parcells on a golf course to tell him that they had signed TO. Not to get his opinion, or tell him that they were talking to TO, that they had already signed him. Parcells was pissed, he still is.

I think he'll shape up and retire in Big D for a couple reasons:
1. He's playing for one of the glamour franchises (while it's trying to win- not that Philly wasn't, I just don't consider them quite the glamour franchise that Dallas is; he was fine in SF until they began to fall apart)
2. If Bill Parcells can't get him in line, nothing short of Army boot camp will
3. It's most likely his last chance.
IRVING, Texas -- Terrell Owens has finally pushed the Dallas Cowboys too far, drawing a $9,500 fine for missing a team meeting and a rehabilitation session and being late to an offensive meeting, The Dallas Morning News reported Sunday.

He's not exacly endearing himself early in the relationship...This coupled with missing 19 of 31 training camp practices.

Yeah, he'd be a Section 8, and pretty quick, I'd imagine.

equals Ticked Off...what happens when T.O. tells the media that Bledsoe is a bum ? Can TO kick field goals ? I don't think TO cares about winning, just getting the cash is all he wants.

Owens was late to practice on Wednesday and got into a shouting match with passing game coordinator/receivers coach Todd Haley.
Now, Owens says he’s no longer dealing with Haley on a personal level because he violated his trust.
According to a source, Owens had sent Haley a text message about the Cowboys not getting him the ball enough, which was a continuation of his sideline rant Sunday when he caught three passes for 45 yards in a 38-24 loss at Philadelphia.
On Sunday, Owens repeatedly asked Haley: “Why did y’all bring me here?”
Whoever voted mid-season appears to have the early edge in this poll.
To expand upon EaglesFan's post, here is an excerpt from an article from the AP:
Terrell Owens is done talking to his position coach.
T.O. said on his radio show Friday that his relationship with Dallas Cowboys receivers coach Todd Haley was ruined by a blowup this week. It began when Owens missed the start of Wednesday's practice because of an upset stomach, and Haley berated him for being late. Owens held his tongue then, but they later argued during a meeting.
The story getting out seems to bother Owens the most because Haley vowed since training camp that all internal matters would stay behind closed doors. Owens spoke with reporters for 45 minutes Wednesday without ever mentioning any problems with Haley. But the incident was reported by several media outlets Friday before Owens gave his side of the story later on his weekly show.
From now on, T.O. said, "there will be nothing else, no other dialogue" between him and Haley.
"There will be no more friendly nothing because I don't trust anybody like that," Owens said. "I will go out and practice hard. I will respect him as a coach, and he should respect me as a player. Anything outside of that I am not going to be able to deal with.
"Right now, we are merely co-workers, and that's it," he added.

What do you know, Tony Romo is in at QB and T.O. has caught four TDs and gained 240 yards in the last three games.
I think we should all get used to hearing, "Romo to Owens for a TOUCHDOWN!"
